I tasted it and I love it... So there is recipe for how to make a tea; 1. Bring freshly drawn, cold water to a boil in a kettle 2. When water is at a gentle boil, remove heat. 3. Pour hot water into teapot and teacups and pour off. By warming the cups in this way, the water temperature will be more consistent. 4. Add the proper amount of tea leaves per person to the pot. 5. Allow water to cool to the proper temperature, if necessary, and pour over the tea leaves. 6. Steep for the proper length of time. 7. Strain completely into another teapot or directly into the serving cups.

This is one of the best testing teas I have ever tried. I grew up in Asia, where people drink mostly tea and was disappointed in quality of many different brands I purchased before. This particular tea is amazing. I use a French press to brew it to, so I don't have to deal with the mess of loose leaves.

Delicious delicate flavor

First brewing, it was boring and disappointing, but then I used considerably more tea and did other things to improve the outcome. I drink a LOT of tea and a lot of TEAS, and the first time I had Turkish tea (in Istanbul) I was blown away by how different it was and how lovely. It has been a part of my tea collection ever since. But there are at least 3 CAYKUR bags of tea, and I'm not sure if this one is my favorite. Certainly a bargain drink tho, so I can afford to keep experimenting.

I live in Mexico and it's not easy to get this tea! It's my FAVORITE black tea, love it!! Shipping was on time, packaging was good as well.

I like it. You do have to use a lot - but if your brewing in the traditional method you should be using a lot of leaves.

I brew a pot at bedtime leaving tea leaves in strainer overnight. My tea is ready in the morning and is never acidic or bitter.

Just reminds of Turkey

Has a little bitterness, but not enough to overwhelm the taste, just something you notice if you want to taste it, rather than guzzle it! Good sized packet and value.
