The description says【dimension】(30.5"-47.75")l x 14.75"w x 65"h. include 2 wrenches. but on the picture height is 58,75 in. where is the truth?

Don't buy, very flimsy. Spend a little more and get something a lot better.

How many garments does this hold?

I have 60 pieces of different clothing on mine. But i need to order another one, i love it.

Can the height be adjustable for a lower space?

You can remove a bar so it can be half the height but it is not adjustable to any height.
