KNIPEX Tools Knipex 98 62 01 Snipe Nose Plastic Pliers 1000V Insulated, Red/Yellow

I use these for pulling spark plug wires from small outboards when diagnosing misfires. No more errant shocks. They’re also handy for removing fuel lines without damaging them. Very well made.

These are a must have as an Electrician. Insulated pliers are always in my loadout. Knipex is one of the best brands out there. These are very well built and not flimsy at all.

I have a over burdened electrical tool bag for HVAC and Electrical work and now I will pull some metal tools out and let this amazing pair of pliers replace them. I absolutely love high voltage protection tools (of course keep your focus on your work and practice safety habits) and now I grab large capacitor terminals like its almost nothing. Reaching into a large panel is not as stressful if the circuits are live with these pliers. The strength is amazing but I am not going to go out there and see how much it takes to damage them but use your noggin and watch the teeth of the tool to know when you need something else. I just cannot stress enough how important having the right safety tools for certain jobs can be. Work alert! Keep your eye on the tip of the tool and also your hand placement and you will live a lot longer and never rush a job or work in a dark under-lit situation. Buy the tool! You will not be dissatisfied. I do not want to buy any knockoffs of premium safety tools. There is a reason why we pay more ... its to save our and our buddy's life. If this helps you in your decisions, kindly give me a thumbs up. I have a lot of tool reviews coming and knowing people appreciate my experience keeps me going on these reviews otherwise, how else would we make good decisions on many of our purchases and not get our wives mad? Work safe! and bring home some big slabs of bacon.

They're incredibly sturdy and well-made, and the snipe nose design is perfect for getting into tight spaces. Plus, the 1000V insulation gives you that extra peace of mind when you're working on live circuits. Knipex is a top-notch brand, and these pliers definitely live up to their reputation. If you're looking for a reliable, high-quality pair of snipe nose pliers, these are worth the investment. You won't be disappointed.

I love this item, I would buy again, High Quality, I have paid a fair price.

Yes, insulated And non conductive. Can twist small wire together up to around 12g. Can withstand moderate clamping pressure without snapping. The only thing I'm starting notice is the marring on my pliers. I initially bought these for twisting live wires and as non marring pliers for deco screws and such. I twisted maybe five sets of 12g wire and the teeth on the pliers are noticably damaged from the copper wire. It's possible I'm not using product as intended, but to anyone thinking this will be a lighter replacement for lineman pliers you may be mistaken. That being said, knipex tools are great. I feel these are high-quality pliers built for a niche I don't fit into. UPDATE: These are great pliers, I have found many uses for them and use them everyday. Once you get used to how strong they actually are you can use them properly. Good for bending and wrenching things that don't need marring.

I use these to help train my puppy to eat raw meaty bones, and they work great. I can use them to help hold and position the bones without worrying about him accidentally cracking a tooth on a metal tool. Very handy for getting him comfortable with raw meaty bones.

PERFECTO

Se ven de buena calidad, aun no las eh puesto a prueba

As expected, high quality from a respected brand supplier and a decent price. The pliers carry the electrical insulated hand tool standards markings.

They don't have the right material on the tip end to stick to things you are opening. I bought these to travel with pliers to open my stuck closed vape tanks while i'm in the USA, but they just turn and turn. Wrong tip material. It also had seems from casting the plastic that were not polished off.

El plástico de la pinza se siente muy robusto, firme y de calidad. Se debe tener en cuenta que esta pinza solo se debe utilizar para manipular los cables en un tablero o base de medidor y no para entorchar o jalarlos porque se dañará enseguida.
