i make home made cards that i sell can i use these on them and still sell my card?

Yes, you're more than welcome to use these designs in the creation of original, hand-made artwork, as long as you don't mechanically reproduce any of the artwork. Thanks!

Would these stick to walls?

They are not stickers. They are made from thin cardboard/stiff cardstock and machine punched out. You could add something to the back to stick them to a wall I guess.

Are these too thick to use in decoupage?

They are paper-thin embellishments so they would work well for decoupage.
