Very flimsy and the latch end came apart, I bought this product so that I can put the kitchen and bathroom door on latch as my youngest son has autism but was very disappointed in the quality of the product

This set of latch works really well once it is installed in exactly the right positions. It took a couple of attempts before I managed it though, the first time they were screwed just ever so slightly too close together and the latch just didn't go in smoothly.However, it is by no means "heavy duty" as it is tiny, and the screws that came with it are like 1cm long. I tried to use longer screws, but their heads were a bit too wide to leave a flush finish, so ended us using just the tiny screws, dare I say that a good tug would be enough to force it open. I would say it's only suitable for light applications only.
