Can this be used with a laser printer?

The sheets I purchased were only for ink jet printers.

Will this work on styrofoam cups?

I'm not sure but it dont work on wood.

When cutting with a Cricut, which mat is recommended? Will light adhesion hold or should I use the standard mat?

Standard, the backing of the water slide paper is a little stiffer than regular paper.
