I wanted something to help my son after he had surgery for pain. It surprisingly helped his pain more than anything else we had tried, and did so naturally. It is a little pricey, but well worth it. It’s made with clean ingredients, doesn’t upset the stomach, and works great!

I looked very hard to find the recommended dosage in the product description. It was easy to see that the bottle contained 60 capsules. I figured that probably meant a 30-day supply so went ahead and ordered. I just received my order and lo and behold the recommended dosage is 2 capsules 3x daily. So I paid $41.76 (tax included) for a 10-day supply. I feel that the product description was not forthcoming about the true cost of this supplement, which is $1,524.24/yr if taken as recommended. I will not be ordering.

This enzyme formula is kind of modeled after the classic Wobenzym formula, which has been clinically proven to help with inflammation. This formula contains many enzymes that I already take regularly, and I do believe that they have an anti-aging and anti-inflammatory effect. I take them before my workout.This formula contains some important proteolytic enzymes, which when taken on an empty stomach get absorbed into the bloodstream and work their magic. Bromelain is particularly powerful, and has been shown to help prevent sports injuries. Papain works in a similar way. Serrapeptase and nattokinase seem to help break up fibrin in the blood, and thus may have a role in breaking up clots.Rutin is not an enzyme, but may help provide other benefits. When broken down, Rutin splits into quercetin and another bioflavonoid, so it possibly provides the same benefits as quercetin.This is a good formula from a trusted brand. I recommend it. Just be sure to take this on an empty stomach or else it will just digest protein in your food and not have the effects I mentioned.
