Remove berries from plastic container and place berries in glass storage containers lined with dry paper towels. Cover with dry paper towel and snap on glass storage container lid. Do not rinse the berries with water before placing in glass containers. This will keep the berries fresh for 7 days. Yes, a week. I am not kidding. Glass is a food saver. Plastic destroys food.I use the largest glass container for strawberry. The medium size glass container is for blueberry.
