Although this key programmer didn't work on my car I have to rate the customer service as top notch.The customer service answered every question and had some great suggestion as to howto get this key programmer to work with my car but end results, we found out, was mycar was actually not supported.. bummerThey graciously refunded my full purchased price.. something I wasn't expecting...Truly would like to thank the costumer support team for their help.
