I started increasing my daily dose of vitamin D from 0 to 3000iu a day. I live at a latitude where the sun is barely available in winter months. Here's the part nobody told me- vitamin d apparently couteracts estrogen. A few years ago, I was diagnosed with a benign tumor, called a fibroid in my submucosal area. It was 7cm. I blame my 14 years straight of drinking 2 wines every single night. I no longer drink. Google alcohol and estrogen. Anyway, I kept it that size for years by taking vitamin d, so I think. After a meeting with my dr, she offerred protesterone-only pills, which I took for a year. While it was fun to be painless, no period in sight, and I got to travel all over the place, one day I started to flood, a type of bleed where it sounds like your morning wizz but it's all blood, just pouring out. Scared, I researched progesterone and it apparently grows fibroids. Mine grew to 10cm. Thanks doc. I was doing well on my own. So now I do all natural. I buy solid pills because they don't contain soy ( think estrogen again). Also, I read where vitamin d reduces your chance of breast cancer? Who knows but I'll try it. After hearing Dr. Fauci say he takes vit d, it makes sense. Do what you want but I live on these.Update- my tumor shrank from 10cm to 5cm

Most important to take tablet with food that includes some fat to ensure properly absorbed.

Product itself is fine. As some other reviewers mentioned, I only received one bottle even though the product description lists three bottles are included. Since the item is non-returnable, 100 pills cost me what I expected to pay for 300 pills.

It is hard to find tablets, so this makes it easy. Even here it is getting harder to find tablets.

The price on the vitamin D was half the price which my local drug stores sell it for!

The small tabs makes this easy to swallow. It's a good value for the money. There is no discernable taste. I had no upset stomach or other side effects.

I haven't opened a bottle yet but I'm sure it's just like the other vitamin D3 and 1, 000 units
