The taste is smooth and refreshing, without the artificial aftertaste that sometimes comes with protein shakes. It’s an excellent option for those who love a fruity, dessert-like protein drink but still want to stay on track with their nutrition goals. Nutritional Content: Each Pure Protein Strawberry Shake packs a solid 30 grams of protein per bottle, which is great for supporting muscle repair and recovery, especially after workouts. It also contains essential vitamins and minerals like calcium, potassium, and vitamin D, making it not only a source of protein but also a well-rounded nutritional supplement. With only around 1g of sugar per serving, the shake is low in carbs, which is beneficial for those following low-sugar or low-carb diets. Additionally, the shakes are relatively low in calories (around 140-150 calories per bottle), which makes them a good option for those looking to manage their weight without compromising on protein intake. Whether you’re trying to build muscle or maintain a healthy weight, these shakes provide a balanced solution. Texture: The texture of the Pure Protein Strawberry Shake is smooth and creamy, without being overly thick or too watery. It blends well, and the consistency is just right—making it easy to drink and enjoyable. Price and Value: While Pure Protein Strawberry Shakes are slightly more expensive than other protein drinks on the market, the quality of the protein, the low sugar content, and the delicious flavor make them worth the price. After trying no less than a dozen different protein drinks for my adolescent child, this is the one we ultimately stuck with. Taste was the biggest challenge with most others, but this one checks all of the boxes. The flavor is genuinely good, the consistency is smooth, and it does not have that chalky or artificial aftertaste that so many protein shakes tend to have. It has been reliable enough that we now have it on subscription, which says a lot. It is easy to grab, easy to drink, and works well as a quick option after school or between activities. The nutritional profile is solid, and the price is very reasonable compared to other similar products. Overall, this has been a great find and an easy product to keep in regular rotation. Plus, it usually comes the next day!

Very good taste good product lots of protein and vitamins

good stuff. taste good.

Great taste, high protein shake helps carry me through the morning & when I do intermittent fasting. I love the strawberry shake- there is only 1 gram of fat, 5 carbs, less than 1gram of sugar. It is filled with vitamins and important elements. I actually just increased from once a day to twice a day. I have lost 30 lbs since I started the intermittent fasting & increasing my protein.

I originally was buying Nurri brand protein shakes, which I really like, but the price jumped from $19.99 per 12-pack to $30 and even $40 for the exact same thing. So I switched to Pure Protein, which also offers shelf-stable 30g protein shakes. Not as tasty as Nurri, but priced right. Who knows, next time I go to order, even these might be double in price. I've tried both vanilla and now strawberry Pure Protein and both are good. I drink them room temp. The taste is subtle, but has a real strawberry flavor, not overly artificial. Not chalky, no aftertaste. Goes down easy and almost instantly raises my energy level. Pair it with a good B-6 supplement for even better results.

I've used these on my weight loss journey and have so far lost over 80 lbs. They are delicious and very filling. Strawberry I found to be the best tasting shake.

One of the top 5 protein drinks per Comsumer Digest. Jocko was #1 but a bit expensive. Plus the flavors, vanila and straberry tase like vanilla and straberry. Other flavors tend to be too strong aftertase. Still ma fav is Aloha but many retsilers stopped seliing it due to recall last year. Atkins is good and inexpensive but wanted to try something els wih lower sugar content.
