Very delicious and the way I remembered them

They look good, but much smaller than I expected, for the price. Will be cooking them tonight. Hoping that they are better than canned. If not, back to canned. Will update after I cook and eat them.

At first, I was going to give them 3 stars. I thought they were 'undersized', took way longer to cook, and I thought the snails to be medium size not large. I ate them, and have another batch in the oven as I write. The flavor is awesome. These are really first class!
