Is this recommended as a shampoo?

Not a shampoo. It has little, tiny pieces of charcoal in it to exfoliate your skin, so unless you want tiny pieces of charcoal in your hair, I'd just use it as a body wash.

Why is this item $24 or more here on all of the buying options when its $9.99 at Target and $9.95 directly from the website?

I bought it here for 9.99 maybe select a different seller.

Why is this product price so much higher then what you can buy it in the store? It cost $10 at Target

We are a third party seller on. Our price incorporates the cost and fees associated with purchasing and sending products into Amazon.
