Best purchase I have made yet!! This scooter went above and beyond my expectations! It is perfect for my husband's needs and yet not too heavy for him to put into our vehicle. Sturdy. Design is perfect. Fits my husband who is shorter and myself that is tall. Wide variety of weight range as well. Battery lasts a long time and it goes fast as well.

the USB blew out righ away & I called , got someone right away ..seemed he actually worked there & knew his stuff. He immediately sent me a new stronger part that handles the pull from my android & a short video was emailed to me & I had no problem changing the part & the fuse. It is my 2nd scooter from them & I always get compliments on the scooters look.. classy mobility 🤗 It was really nice when my power was out i was still able to charge my devices using my scooter👍😎

Mike and staff showed real customer care and concern. Now today's, that's hard to come by. This was best purchase I have ever made. Mike put all concerns to rest. I live on fixed income like a lot of us . Mike walk meThough the process and made it easy.The battery has not let me down. With chair it is so comfortable. Thedesign is well thought out. Foldabilty to put in my car was so easy.

Check you battery on your this item. It requires a 20 ah battery. I purchased this for my husband as a Christmas surprise his after months of saving. We are seniors living on a fixed income with very costly monthly meds. My 83 yr old husband has severe lung issues and cannot get around much. After saving up I got this and my husband was thrilled. Since we live in the Midwest he just put it together a month ago and the only thing that worked was the light and horn. I called the number on the brochure it came with and that was disconnected. I contacted the manufacturer and they admitted I had the wrong size battery but it was out of warranty and they couldn’t help me. They asked me for my phone number and said a rep would call me but never did. Now I have to pay an additional $300. For a new battery . I can’t afford another expense but I have no choice. It’s really sad that they exploit the seniors they say they help.

I really like this scooter. Its top speed is almost too fast, but I'm very happy with the speed variability available on this model. I took it on a trip recently to another city via Amtrak. It worked out beautifully. They were able to load it onto the train easily and it fits on our local buses/light rail. Comfortable seating, and the cane holder is very helpful. It has a very satisfactory battery life and the scooter handles well. I've received a number of complements on how nice this scooter looks (mine is blue). The cup holders are terrific and handy for other items as well.To be fair, I have to include a few Cons: The battery is heavy, and it's much easier to put into the back of my truck with the battery removed. The scooter is a bit too heavy for me to lift into my truck alone, but my truck bed is rather high. It would have been nice if there were assembly instructions enclosed. I had to use the user manual to figure out how everything fit together. The headrest wasn't included in either of the two boxes, but I didn't plan to use it anyhow.As my first mobility scooter, I don't think I could have picked a better scooter.

Very nice product much lower price than the competitor with very similar motor that makes a little louder noise, & The tires are a good composite, I liked it very well ‼️👍🏼

What an outstanding scooter. Very fast. I’m 215 lbs and it takes me around school all day without a charge.. The battery only lasted a year by it was not too expensive to replace
