Is this compatible with 220vac

The power cord comes set for 110V, so I’m assuming it can’t be set up up for 220V

Is there a battery back up with this controller?

No there is not a back up battery.

Does this model work with a master valve and wiring for a pump?

This unit is very versatile. I have it wired to a relay to control a huge 230 volt pump through a relay, a rain switch, and directly to 3 Zone Valves. It will run a master valve. There are numerous options to control virtually everything, but you might need to ad relay switches or controllers specific to your accessory. The accessory relays are available through others, at Amazon, at good prices. Tons of info online about how to wire things up, just Google what you want to do. I am an experienced amateur, but the instructions are very clear and easy to follow. Very satisfied with this product and would buy it again if needed.

Is the power supply for this product 120 VAC?

The unit is supplied with a transformer that runs off 120 VAC. Depending on whether you by the indoor or outdoor version it is either plug in, or hard wired. The indoor version is plug in, outdoor hard wired.

Replaced my 5-year old controller that died from a close lighting strike. This is a good unit that is easy to program and the price was right on Amazon. It was a like-for-like swap, so installation was a breeze. Just be sure you select the one with the correct number of zones. There are plenty of online videos on how to select watering days, hours and answer any questions you might have. I even added the Rain-Bird WiFi link so I can control my system from my phone from anywhere.
