When I open the app, it asks for the activation code. How can I get the activation code?

Find the card with the QR code inside your Playermaker kit. Next, scan the code with your mobile device. After, you'll receive an email with your activation code inside. Go to the relevant email inbox to retrieve your activation code.

I didn't get the code in my email after carefully following the steps. What should I do?

Please be sure to check your email's spam folder. If you didn't see the code there, please visit the Playermaker Help Center for answers to common questions. You may also contact our Customer Care Team at the Playermaker website.

Does it record the entire game while playing?

Yes, it does. The entire game is recorded by the Playermaker system from the moment the sensors are removed from the case and turn blue, the sensors begin recording all physical movements and ball to foot interactions.

Are the straps adjustable?

The straps are not adjustable, instead, they come in two sizes (Medium or Large), suitable for both youth and adults.

Can I use it in the rain?

The Playermaker device can definitely be worn in the rain! They were built specifically for all weather and playing conditions.
