Ideal for bob hairstyle
Ideal for my bob hairstyle. Easy to use with heat control, good value for money from Amazon.

Good for root lift
I bought these to replace the previous version which I have used daily for many years. I use them for root lift rather than curls as I have fine hair in a shoulder length bob. I use the lwest heat setting which works well. The clamp doesn't have the same amount of grip as my previous tongs, but this doesn't affect the end result. I don't know how well they would work to curl long hair.

Awful do not buy
Burnt my hair and carpet. I use heated tools often but these are just insanely hot. My hair is dead now. Doesn’t even give a good curl, leaves a weird kink where clip is. This is where my hair got totally fried. Going in the bin. COMPLETE WASTE

Not as it said
When buying products I check all the details and check the reviews. I seen the reviews said the tongs don’t grab the hair and hair falls out of the tongs and trying this it turns out to be true. I feel I have to leave some hair out at the bottom of the tong for the hair not to fall out of the tong but then makes my hair look frizzy at the end. 2nd, it said the temp went to 235c but it doesn’t, only goes to 210c! That’s the only reason I bought this was because of the high temp but does curl hair
