Not what expected
Was expecting more .. very cheap plastic material. Maybe good for a 2 year old. My 11 year old was very disappointed.. the punching bag is too light. Not good for training. Had to return

The screws don't work, and it's not easy to assemble
The durability sucks because it's all made of plastic and is easily breakable the speed bag is literally a floaty for a pool it is definitely not easy to assemble because I literally couldn't even try it out because the screws kept getting stuck I would say this item is pretty useless and has a very bad quality, you should definitely not buy this piece of junk you could probably find the same thing at a dollar store

Pretty good
Plastic not good for a lot of speed but emulates the feel of the real one and is good for skills and fundamentals

Hey for what I paid for this thing it turned out to be pretty awesome, granted you get what you pay for and I'll probably destroy it pretty soon but I recommend it.

Cheap plastic junk
Broke on first use. This is the biggest waste of money and piece of junk I’ve ever purchased on Amazon.

本当は1つも何故か専用のネジと専用工具。そして1番肝心なスピードバッグのボールが入っていませんでした。ここまでハズレを引いたのが初めてです…

For the amount of money ,it’s fairly good .it is not for brutal action punches but only for speed and accuracy punches
