These are great I love that they say that they are 100% kiwi fruit. Just be careful because if you are on certain medications like I am they can interfere with your medications and they definitely interfered with my warfarin. It dropped my INR really quickly and I ended up having to do injections because of it. It said that it didn't have any additional vitamin c or anything else in it but there must be something else that was interfering that was not listed in the ingredients because I checked with my doctor and it shouldn't have dropped my INR like that. So if you have that issue like me just make sure that you talk with your doctor and you make sure that you are monitoring really carefully. I have learned since doing that that I have to limit it to two capsules a day and I wish I could take more than that because they do the job that they're supposed to do.

This is an effective treatment that is virtually not available anywhere in Australia.

I have tried so many digestive enzymes and laxatives, but this kiwi supplement is most effective. Will continue to buy it.

Was prescribed to eat two kiwis a day to help with digestion. Ordered these as an alternative (two kiwis is a lot each day). According to the label, each pill is equal to 1 Kiki. Two pills aren’t as effective as I was hoping.
