I have been cleaning all of my brushes including oil, watercolor, acrylic and gouache with Masters Brush Cleaner for many years. I tested this cleaner to see how effective it really is. My brushes were washed with soap, rinsed and dried. After this they were wetted again and gently moved around in the Masters cleaner especially near the ferrule. The result showed that more paint was left in the brush!! And the added conditioner in the Masters soap keeps bushes in their original state. Great product. That’s why they have been in business for years

This is the best brush cleaner I have come across. I love the way it cleans and conditions your brushes for longer lasting brushes. Will definitely be buying this again and again when needed!

Love this stuff. Brushes are expensive so I like to take care of them so they last.

This is super easy to use and doesn't take a lot of time or effort, however I am docking one star because it really doesn't do anything for brushes that have pain dried on them. I don't always have the option to jump up and wash my brushes immediately as I'm painting, and this is my first time buying something specifically for cleaning my paint brushes so... I had some that have seen use and were not "properly" cleaned, I guess. This really didn't help with that. It also doesn't seem to work well when cleaning sealer/varnish, which I guess it doesn't advertise doing... but still, had hoped that it would work for that as well. All in all though, good product, will definitely buy again!

I love how this easily rinses out of brushes in a couple seconds. Yes you can use dish soap or any cheap multi purpose soap but you’ll spend a lot of time rinsing out the suds. This is also safe for expensive animal hair brushes. I wish the lid was textured inside!!!!
