Honestly I use it sometimes instead of coffee in the morning. Here is an overview of my main pros and cons. Pros: -Sugar free -Clean energy, no jitters -Good taste (a bit on the sweet side) -Lasted me a while. I use a scoop about 4-5 days a week and its lasted me months. Cons -Artificial sweeteners (wish it was a little less sweet) -Can harden without the moisture removal packet it comes with(I accidentally through it out halfway through the bottle) -Sometimes it doesn't dissolve completely leaving some grit on the bottom of my blender bottle.
