Works as designed base on microwave watts follow the instruction first time go 1 or 2 minutes less if it needs more increase time by 30 seconds until desired done to your satisfaction YOU WILL LOVE IT

Convenient, Easy Way to Cook Bacon
Works as advertised in the TV commercials. It's quick and easy. You should be careful when removing unit from the microwave oven. The lid handles, cover and inside bacon rack are extremely hot. You should allow the unit to cool for several minutes before opening and removing the bacon. Otherwise, I am very pleased with this unit.

Odd smell and taste on bacon
This bacon cooker works great. It puts all the grease in the bottom tray so you can save it if you want to. It comes apart easily so you could hand wash it and stick it in the dishwasher. I have used it three or four times. The only problem that there is a plastic type smell and taste within the bacon. I don't know what it is. I washed it a few times but it's too bad because this is a good idea. I don't see anybody else complaining about it? So maybe it's just the unit I got.

Its not as I thought it would be.. I will keep using this product.. the lid doesn't seem to want to open up and I have to work with it but it makes the bacon crisp like i like..

Yummy Crispy Bacon
Works well. Bacon might get a little too crispy. Still trying to fine tune the amount of time in the microwave. But when needing bacon bits for salads and casseroles, it works great.

Messy
It does make crispy bacon, but it is messy & hard to clean. The base were the grease collects needs to be deeper. The grease leaked out thu the latches and got all over the bottom of my microwave.The base really needs a pour spout. When pouring out the grease, not only did the grease go all over the side of the base, but all over the bottom of the base as well. What a mess. Grease every where.I can't be sure, because I hadn't bought the brand I used in this before, but I think the device affected the taste of the bacon. I did not like the way the bacon tasted at all. Worst tasting bacon I've ever eaten. I've never before today tasted a piece of bacon I didn't love & think was yummy.

Nada practico
Nada practico, no logras tocino en tira derecha sino doblada y tienes que engrasar las partes o se pega demasiado el tocino. Si logra el cometido, pero el sabor deja mucho que desear y no está nada práctico. Honestamente, no lo recomiendo.
