It was delivered great and the product is excellent the dispenser is slow and the drops take a while to come out, I don't know if that is normal with young living or not.

Good for Respiratory Problems, Tricks for Making the Drops Come out Easier
I really like this product. It's kind of expensive, but it helps me with respiratory issues when my allergies start causing problems. I have started using RC and thieves oils on my chest and under my nose and diffusing blue cypress and it has really helped with my cough and I"m not nearly as congested as I was. I also have a tip for the person who said that it was hard to get out. Carry it under your underarm while you are doing things like preparing your diffuser (cleaning it out, putting water in it, etc.) and it will warm up some. I find when I do that, the drops come out much easier. Otherwise, it is very hard to get them out of the bottle. I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered it because it said for respiratory issues, but I didn't find a whole lot out there other than on Young Livings site talking about that, but I took a chance and for me it was worth it.
