I want to carry this in place of a plastic deer park water bottles for a running belt. Will this swap work?

Probably not. This bottle is completely collapsible, and when the water level gets low, the straws cause the bottle to sag.

Does this start to collapse when you drink? I want to omit hearing the water sloshing sound when I run?

Yes, it is. You gonna listen anithing. It is perfect for running

Do all of the sizes and packs of 2 come with the straw?

No. The 250ml and 500ml did not come with the straw.

Will this work with osprey enduro 6?

Sorry, we can not judge if the bottles can work with the osprey enduro 6. We suggest that you can contact with Osprey to ask about the size of the bottles pocket..
