How do you old the mouth guard to fit the size

you put the guard in boiling water for a few seconds and then pull it out, cool for a couple seconds and then press to your teeth to mold to your mouth.

Can you wear these during the day?

I have only worn them during the night. They are more of an anti-grinding thing than anything else

I have never had one as good as this one

After using many mouth appliances to aid in bruxism, I have never had one as good as this one. I received a package of four Guards, but I had no problem molding the first one, and have been using it nightly now for about a month with no issues. Easy to mold, and easy to trim to fit. Comfortable to wear. Thank you

These teeth guards are the best I have ever bought. They are thick, easily mouldable, I love them.. they are superior quality to any I have purchased in the past. Great for my enthusiastic nighly bruxism.. they look so strong that they will last for ages, and there are 4 guards in every pack.. recommended

Helped with TMJ & headaches

I’ve been meaning to write a review for months. However having had these for 6, I’ve certainly tested them out. So far I’ve only used one, & it’s been great! I clench my teeth, whilst asleep. Hard brittle mouth guards are torture, expensive & they cause TMJ in my jaw, but these don’t! I’ve less headaches, no jaw pain. Just brilliant. They are thick but you get used to it. Definitely would buy again.
