One of the best bread makers! Homemade breads are so much better/healthier than store bought.
One of the best bread makers out there. I have tried couple different brands and I believe KBS bread maker to be the best so far. Very user friendly and easy to clean. No more store bought breads. We have our bread maker make fresh breads almost every 2 days. My favorite is the milk bread. Customer service is top notch. They value their customers with high regards and communications are prompt. I am very happy with my bread maker!

Ultimately a Huge Disappointment
We purchased this bread machine to replace an older one that was past due to retire. Initially, all of this machine’s many features were impressive and we couldn’t wait to use it. We first tested it out with a basic dough recipe. Next, we made a loaf of French bread. Both dough and bread turned out fine. Unfortunately, after each use, the stirring paddle refused to release for cleaning. It’s like it was cemented to the pan. We tried everything, including oil, shoelaces placed under the paddle for leverage, and other suggestions found on YouTube to release the paddle. Nothing worked. Finally, the only way I was able to remove the paddle from the machine’s ceramic pan was to use pliers to pull it out, which significantly scratched the paddle in the process. FWIW, I did contact customer service about the problem, but never heard back from them. Rather than having to use pliers every time we bake something in the bread machine, we returned it for a refund. Had we discovered a simple solution to the problem, we would’ve gladly kept the machine. A real shame.

I love fresh bread in the morning.
My Breadman Ultimate lasted me 25 years, and when I died I bought this to replace it. So far (something like 3 months I think) it has been absolutely fantastic, the bread pan is easier to clean than my old one and it works a charm, it's also a little quieter than the old one that would occasionally wake me up while mixing at 4am for 7am fresh bread.

Perfect loaf on the first try
I tried making French Bread for my first attempt and it came out perfectly! It's very easy also. The only effort is measuring the ingredients, but using a kitchen scale instead of measuring cups makes it really quick. They include the formula for some common types of bread in the instructions, and a separate book of formulas are included for a lot more. You could also find your own on the internet. There's a wide range of what you can do with this machine! Sweetened breads as well. You first add the wet ingredients (water, maybe eggs), then the dry ingredients (flour, salt, maybe sugar), and finally the active dry yeast on the top of the flour. Shut the lid, select the correct program, loaf size, and darkness of the finished loaf, and then hit the start button. Come back a little over 3 hours later and the bread it done! Very easy. The bread came out of the pan effortlessly. An oven mitt is included for handling the hot pan. The crust of the bread was just about right, not a thick heavy crust like some bread machines create, but enough of a crust to make it a great tasting bread. I love it and will be trying a bunch of the other types of bread soon. It has an automatic dispenser for bread additives like fruits and nuts so it dispenses it at the proper time so you don't forget. Besides baked loaves of bread, you can also use it to mix and raise a dough, but not bake it. So you can make fresh pizza dough, and while the machine is doing all the work, you are free to prepare the pizza ingredients and the rest of your meal without tending to the dough. Other types of breads that have a shape other than the loaf shape could be done the same way. The LED panel does not stay lit during the bread making process. To make it light back up to read the display, just press the + button. NOTE: the size of a "cup" in the formulas is 240 ml which is slightly more than a customary kitchen measuring cup in the US of 236.6 ml, and different from any other cooking standard cup (e.g. metric, imperial). They tell you this in the instructions, but it's a good idea to go by weight instead of a measuring cup, and it's much quicker and easier. In the instructions they give both the volume and the weight of flour, but in the additional book of formulas, they unfortunately only give the volume in cups, so you'll have to do the conversions yourself.

It's rusty inside in 1 year and a half
The machine was ok until some months ago that it started to be rusty in the inside. Note we never wet it for cleaning and we take a really good care of the machine. It's a pity they don't use inox on the inside.
