I really like this! I have fissures created by chaffing in some areas of my poor crippled body. It can be difficult to get them clean without breaking them open again when I wash with a wash rag, soap and water. Soap and water also tends to dry out the skin in these areas which does not help the problem. I started using this wound cleanser with some soft gauze pads (also purchased on Amazon) and am very pleased with the results. It is more gentle to my skin than the soap and comes off easily, no rinsing required, simply pat dry. Since I so I am not rinsing to get all the soap off, I am not causing them to break open every.time I wash so they are finally starting to heal! When there is an open spot, it stings a little but not much and not for long. The fissures and the area around them were becoming rough and bumpy and itched frequently but now they are healing smoothly, no more lumpy, bumpy areas. The itching has subsided, too. It is easy to use. It's unscented. The trigger top allows me to adjust to a spray or stream depending on what area I am cleaning. I am very pleased with this product and highly recommend it!

I had a worst wound ever a big chunk taking out of my arm my upper arm and nowadays with a moon like that they want you to keep it moist and covered so this was so helpful in cleaning it thank you so much for your products

I recently got bad road rash on my knees and arm and was terrified of my wounds getting infected so I bought this after reading some reviews. This spray gave me so much peace of mind. It does burn a bit but it’s not too bad. My deep road rashes healed nicely after I stared using this. I’m definitely going to always keep this in my medicine cabinet.
