Pills are so stuck together, i can barely pull apart wo piercing. Is this normal, or where they subject to hot temps and potentially damaged?

They should not be stuck together - sounds like they were exposed to high temp either in storage or shipping. I'd return them as damaged, if I were you!

is this product halal or kosher?

This product is Halal-certified.

What is the source for the caprylic and capric acid?

Neither caprylic nor capric acid are mentioned anywhere on the label. The label does list MCT oil from coconut/palm kernel oil. If you are concerned about vegan, however, the label says that the capsule itself has bovine gelatin and beeswax.
