Recommended
I was regularly waking up to pre-Diabetic numbers, around 100-105. I know that isn't terrible, but I've had family members who are very sensitive diabetics & really wanted to protect myself from going there. So, I started taking 1 of these little gems after my evening meal, & I now regularly wake to about 85-86. So, I consider these to be very valuable & I am very thankful for them.

Good product
I buy this product fir my granparates. They really love it. The pills are easy to swallow and don't have a weird flavor. The package is good for the price. Doctor told my grandparents they needed this supplement and the effects have been great.
