Nice, but the clip is awkward. Seems like it's backwards and hard to apply to gear.

I couldn't rate accuracy and easy-to-read above, because it depends on which functionality you're talking about. The compass is easy to read and accurate. But the thermometer is so tiny I struggle to read it. I generally don't carry a magnifying glass when hiking! The thermometer also reads at least 4° too warm, so I'll have to mentally subtract degrees whenever I look at it.

Compass seems to work okay, although it's not immediately clear how to read it, which requires you to ignore the larger, external letters and focus on the smaller internal ones. The thermometer is wildly inaccurate. It is currently reporting a temperature of approximately 90 degrees Fahrenheit in my 70 degree apartment on a 66 degree day. I purchased to replace a carabiner I use to hold my keys; the one I have is climbing-grade and works very well, hooking into one of my belt loops easily. This construct, on the other hand, mounts the ball compass on the same side that the latch opens, meaning you can't actually fit anything more than a few millimeters wide into the opening. As such, I cannot get it onto my belt loop. I had a pretty low expectations, and yet I am still thoroughly disappointed.

Easy to use and works exactly as expected. Not strong, but didn’t expect it to be. Compass moves easily and is the best ball compass I’ve used. Thermometer seems to work fine as well, and matched other thermometers for accuracy. Product handles submersion in fresh water just fine. I personally wouldn’t use it for map reading, and it isn’t super intuitive unless you tell the user how it works. Bought several as gifts, all work equally well. It now lives on my bag.

Works well. The thermometer is so small its very difficult to read. Also the opening hinge of the caribiner makes clipping and removing the tool somewhat difficult. Overall the large compass was easy to understand and I like the feature of knowing what direction I'm traveling as well as the direction of true North. I've dropped it several times and feared that it would crack or shatter but to my surprise it's pretty durable thus far.

Small but well made compass has duel dials (EZ to read) as well as an excellent compusater ring.

Clips onto my manbag so I never get lost. I also took it on a cruise ship when we went to Norway, and it proved it's worth! The captain made an announcement one day, "Ladies and Gentlemen, we are having issues with the ship's navigation system, the magnetic compass is not functioning. Does anyone by chance own a compass they could bring to the bridge so we can navigate safely?" Obviously, I took this compass to the captain, and he was very grateful. I'm sure I saved hundreds of lives that day. NB: one of the above facts is true.

I bought this product for check temperature during my hikings. It's accurate, but quite small, hard to see the scale. All over it's a good product especially if someone use the compass as well.

Compass never worked sadly

I did not like the product and requested to return it but no answer from the seller
