Can be a bit hit or miss
While generally it is a really good substrate for royal pythons, the last batch I ordered has an unpleasant mouldy odour. I cannot see any mould on it, but the smell is very strong and it seems to bother my python, as she's very restless and wants to be let out of her viv during the hours she normally sleeps.

Good value for money
I use this for my royal pythons and they love it this is the second lot I have ordered it's great for the ones that like to burrow and it doesn't smell.
