Q: What type of battery is used in a LOQRON Smart Lock Box?

For optimal performance, use 4 PCS AAA alkaline batteries (not Included), avoid using any other battery types or Zn/Mn batteries.

Q: How to unlock the box if new batteries are installed, and the Front-panel is accidentally shut without resetting?

Utilize the factory master passcode 123456√ to unlock. You can also press any fingerprint to unlock, ensuring access to the lock box before configuring it with the mobile app.

Q: Why does it display "Add Failed" when attempting to add to the app?

Make sure Bluetooth is turned on, and the keypad on the key box is illuminated during the addition process.

Q: Is remote lock box unlocking possible?

Remote unlock requires an additional gateway (sold separately). Please visit our Loqron store for purchases. After configuration, use the App to press the icon for remote unlocking.

Q: Can the USB cable be used for charging during low battery mode?

The provided USB cable is only for emergency unlocking and CANNOT be used for charging. When low battery alarm triggers, please replace the batteries promptly.
