This little nugget icemaker sits on my counter, taking up a place of prestige formerly occupied by the induction burner I bought from Amazon. It happily chugs away, spilling out a tablespoon of ice at a time, for as long as the water in the reservoir holds out. Then it will recycle the melted ice into new little nuggets. I am the only user of ice in my home so this suits my needs perfectly. I’ve not had to use the fridge icemaker since I got this and have even saved extra ice for parties and get-togethers. It looks nice on my counter and is easy to clean, as well.

This is the ice I love. I am also happy to have more room in the freezer. Such a great purchase. I didn't know why I didn't do it sooner.

Ordered Nov 29 for Christmas present ….we unplugged and cleaned it before vacation…replugged it and the machine is dead…followed all troubleshooting tips and nothing…this cannot be good for the BRAND ZAFRO! I will wait for the SELLER to respond before I rate this product. Do the right thing ZAFRO and bring some HONOR to your BRAND! Expensive ice maker for only a few months of use! Company still hasnt responded to my request to retrun….be careful buyers…Do NOT buy!!!!!. No manufacturer support no response ! Amazon had to make it right by refunding my acct and giving a QR to send this clunker back.

Truly one of my best purchases. I’ve had it for about 6 months now and it just started making a loud noise when it starts making the ice so be aware of that. Other than the new noise it’s truly amazing.

This ice machine makes great, soft ice. The kind where when you’re chewing it you can feel just the right amount pressure before it gives way into slush/snow. It also makes ice extremely quickly. But you gotta know 🚨👏🏼 IT’S EXTREMELY LOUD 👏🏼🚨I have an ice chewing habit and have owned all kinds of ice makers. This one is the noisiest I’ve ever had. I work from home and I have to turn this machine off before joining meetings because my coworkers can hear its weird whirring and grinding noises in the background of my video/audio.I realized it was a super cheap one when I ordered it - this was only meant to be a solution until my new ice maker arrives - so I maybe should have know it wouldn’t be a 10/10. It’s good quality ice for the price, but be warned that it is annoying loud.
