I have suffered from ingrown toenails for the past 5 years. I never had a problem until around the age of 45. I have experienced ingrown toenails on each big toe which resulted in having them removed 3 times! Once I would have it removed it would grow back into the skin when it reached the top! I switched doctors because I just couldn’t understand why this kept happening. I did everything he told me to do including wearing only sneakers. He also told me to put Vaseline on the corners of the toe in order to soften the skin so it could tolerate the nail. It never worked or got better. The only relief I ever got was having it removed or soaking my toes several times a day!!! I asked my doctor about having the edge of my nail permanently removed & he told me that I wasn’t a candidate for this procedure! Really?!?!? At this point I decided to switch doctors! My new doctor is wonderful & highly recommended permanently removing the edge of my nail which she did. Once both toenails were done & healed I was still experiencing a little discomfort in the corner of my big toenail, but it was way better than before. I came across this product online & it has changed my life!!! It really works well by thinning out the edge, softening the skin around the nail to basically make it so that there is zero pain & discomfort!. I know people have complained about the applicator, but it’s designed to treat the target area on the side in between the skin & edge of nail. I have been using it twice a day for the past 3 weeks & it has been amazing! I can wear any type of shoe or boot & it no longer hurts!! Thank you!! Thank you!!!

My son has chronic ingrown toenails and has undergone several procedures at the local clinic, but it always ended with the same re-occurring problem. I decided to give these drops a go, more because I had no idea how we should approach the problem anymore. And these work. The drops are expensive, but worth it. Within two days, the skin was drying up over the ingrown toenail and the nail itself had softened significantly. While it still wasn't pleasant to dig the toenail out again (it never is), it was easier than before. By using this every day, he's actually been able to keep the toenail out of the skin (with cotton and constant care), which was a loosing battle before. After a couple weeks of use, even the swelling is gone and he's pain free. We will have to keep using this drops for awhile, and he will have to remain diligent in the care of his toes...but it's the first real sign of hope we've had that this might be something which can be brought under control without surgery to remove the skin area. (We've had his nail partially and completely removed more than once) So, thumbs up to this product!

My big toe became damaged and flattened on one side of the toenail. This caused the tip at the corner of my nail to grow into the flesh. I initially treated the area by soaking in Epsom salt and putting tea tree and Neosporin on it. These treatments helped in the short term, only to return when the toenail started to grow. I purchased Uriel nail drops product after two months of pain and agony, swelling and pus. I have used the product twice a day for 8 days now. My toenail no longer hurts and the nail has softened so much that it has started to return to its natural curve again. I look forward to having a normal toenail again. PS the flat applicator tip really helped get the drops into the area that needed the drops the most.

I purchased both Uriel and Dr Scholls product, and have used both over the past two days. Uriel does remove pain but it doesn't seem to break-down the toenail very quickly. After 6-hours with Dr Scholls the treated toenail was softer. I will continue to alternate both as the combination seems to work well. I'm sure both would work over the full treatment cycle. Uriel does give you more product.

A few helpful tips: If your toe is red, hard, and swollen that is called induration. Soaking your toe in warm salt water is different than placing a warm/hot towel on the toe. Get the towel as hot as you can tolerate it and place it on the toe. The heat from the towel will draw the fluid to the surface and cause it to leak out and which will help the swelling(induration). After doing that about 3 times with the towel I suggest using the Uriel. I see a lot of complaints about the applicator tip and I just think it’s because of improper usage. The applicator is made the way it is for it to specifically go between the toe nail and the skin to apply. It’s has to be able to get to the embedded (ingrown) toenail under the skin for it to properly work. It does work when used correctly. Or another way is using a piece of cotton. Sometimes it is suggested to pick the nail up and place a plain piece of cotton between the nail and skin to help with pain. Well, take some twizzers to dip a piece of cotton in the Uriel, I suggest dipping instead of pouring so you don’t waste product. Once you dip it, lift the nail and place the cotton between the nail and skin, this way also helps. I did this when I would sleep or go to the gym and have to put on socks and shoes, helps with pain tremendously. Just wet with water for easy removal. But Buy it.

Well the verdict is in and might I say I’m super impressed with these drops! I am prone to ingrown toe nails as is my son and when you get a good one they’re debilitating. These drops have eliminated the need to dig and scrape an already painful and sometimes infected area. I used the drops 3 times getting as deep as I could in the nail bed and the pain was gone the next day...... If you get ingrown nails do yourself a favor and buy this now! I don’t get paid to write this I’m telling you, you need these unless you enjoy the discomfort or cutting out and constantly dealing with ingrown nails.

J'ai souvent mal aux oreilles après une longue journée au boulot. Je marche beaucoup. Je pense que ces gouttes fonctionnent. Ça fait peut être 3 semaines que je les mets à toutes les jours et jusqu'à maintenant aucune douleur. Je pense que je vais faire un commentaire dans quelques mois!
