My mouse quit working. New batteries. What is wrong?

Things you can try. A different set of new batteries. Make sure batteries are inserted correctly. Look for laser when you insert the batteries (red light on the bottom of mouse). Try mouse with a different computer. Sometimes the USB port gets screwed up on a computer. You can also just try a different USB port. If none of those things work, might want to contact Amazon for refund.

My mouse seems to get stuck and then starts working again. Has anyone else had this issue and found a fix?

Hello, I have ran into this issue with much frustration, and it seemed to be worse while downloading. However, I found a solution for my particular problem. Most of these wireless mouses run on a 2.4ghz bandwidth. This causes issues if your computer has a cheap wireless network adapter because most wifi runs on 2.4ghz as well. To solve this issue, I was able to switch my wifi to 5g and my mouse no longer studders. Alternatively, you can use a wired connection on your computer to solve this. This may not be the reason yours is messing up, but it helped me after days of google searching. Hopefully it'll help someone else too.

Does it work with apple

Yes. I currently use this mouse on an Mac/Apple.

Can i use this mouse with the samsung s4 tablet?

Yes. It can be used with any device that has a USB port for the dongle that comes with it.
