I have a lot of experience with duck prosciutto.But this one taste is not good enough for 1star.The taste mixed with brown sugar and some incomprehensible chemical smoke gives not pleasure from the taste but only disgust, so much so that even the house smelled of this disgusting taste.

I have tried many other smoked duck prosciutto before, and I can tell you this is by far the most delicious duck prosciutto I’ve ever had. The smokiness adds a great flavor to it. I loved how fast it came and the packaging was excellent. Thank you!

This product was a disappointment. The fat had not been rendered and made the breast so rubbery it was I not eatable.
