Why can't VOX mode wake up the screen when it detects sound?

The monitor has turned on sleep mode and entered deep sleep to saving batteries, the detecting condition will be lower than usual and delayed. Select VOX - Low/Mid/High - Schlafmodus - OFF to turn off the sleep mode to enable standard VOX function.

Why can't I connect to the mobile app?

The BM01 Video Baby Monitor is No-WiFi baby monitor and it doesn't support wifi and app connecting.

Why does the use of distance differ from the description?

The normal usage distance is 960 feet. If the wall is thick or the floors are spaced apart, the actual usage distance shall prevail. If the applicable distance boundary value is reached at max distance, it is easy to cause the camera to disconnect.

Why the sound can not be heard?

The monitor cannot hear from both cameras in split-screen mode. You need to press the OK button to select the camera that controls and receives the audio. Or you can use scan mode, the camera will toggle between cameras to hear according sounds.
