Didn’t work for my heavy Alienware17

I bought this stand thinking I would be able to adjust the height to where I wanted but found that wasn't true. I have a MacBook Pro 15" laptop and I guess it is too heavy. The stand will adjust, but only to full height or full rest, nothing in-between. If I attempt to use it at an in-between height or too sharp an angle downward, the stand with just slump to the bottom. Right now I'm actually fine with it at full height and slightly tilted down but if you want the in-between height/angle and have a larger laptop, this isn't for you.

this was given to me as a gift, and it works great. my macbook fits perfectly, it's nice to have quite a few different heights to choose from, Love this laptop stand
