Tastes just as unpleasant as other proteins , but doesnt cause stomach issues . Feels light when consumed .

All 5 flavours had a chalky taste. Particles settle over the tongue surface while consuming it. Mixability is good. Flavours are ok. Felt too sweet for me especially the mango one. But it is good on gut. No bloating issues. Has 25gm protein . Keeps full for good amount of time. It would be more palatable if it's chalkiness is worked upon.
