National Geographic New Zealand Wall Map - Classic (23.5 x 30.25 in) (National Geographic Reference Map)

After living in New Zealand for a year, I knew I wanted a wall map where I could tack up all the notable places I visited during that time. It's just large enough that all the tacks needed didn't feel crowded. I don't think anybody quite makes maps like National Geographic does.

Love this map. We'll be seeing NZ in the near future mostly from the prospective of a cruise ship. Now I know where we're going.

Its exactly what I was expecting. Its paper, not laminate like other reviews said, and there was no crease in it. It is came in a plastic tube. I am using it to map out the hikes I have done. Its not as detailed as I thought it would be but it'll do!

This is a beautiful map that I have hanging in the room where my children do their distance learning. Maps are just so intriguing. They love it. I love it.

This map, at 30" by 41" is absolutely wonderful, as lovely as you would expect from National Geographic. My map was damaged slightly when I received it, some superficial crunching on one edge. My main problem, and the reason this is a four, rather than a five star review is it's size. I have found poster frames that are 30" by 40" and 27" by 41", but no 30" by 41". I tried converting to metric and searching for that, with no luck. I'm stuck with the choice of trimming off the edge or spending a bunch of money on a custom frame. The poster has a nice wide black and white border, so it's not a very big deal, but it would be nice if poster makers took this into consideration more often. As for the other option, the cheapest custom frame I could find was $50, and this was the lowest end; they get pricey fast.

Not too little info nor too much, just the perfect balance for a legible, functional, and gorgeous map.

beautiful, but it only covers Washington state - once you pass state border on map they grey out and have no details. I think it would be nice to have the same information on all of the map even if it is a border of Washington. High quality paper (not laminated)

Loce it, it hangs on my classroom wall as a wonderful reference tool for my students.

Ideal chart to hang then mark places visited in New Zealand, would suggest differant coloured pinheads if traveling more than once to this beautiful unspoilt country. The chart is very informative naming towns and cities and routes in abundance. Not just a map but memories of travel.

Die Karte ist sehr übersichtlich und farblich gelungen. Leider hatte die gerollte Karte 5 cm vom rechten Rand einen Knick, obwohl sie in einer stabilen Kunststoffrolle verpackt war. Dadurch dass sie diagonal in einen zu kleinen Karton gezwängt worden war, wurde die Schutzhülle abgeknickt. Da für meinen Verwendungszweck die Knicke nicht so relevant sind, bewerte ich trotzdem mit 5 Sternen.

Good but so much info / detail, it's hard to read. You need a magnifying glass.

Die Karte an sich sieht wirklich toll aus und ich werde sie mir auch ein weiteres Mal zukommen lassen. Leider waren bei der ersten Karte an einer Seite 4 Einrisse. Da ich aber die Karte als solche bewerten möchte, gebe ich 5 Sterne. Super Größe, schöne Qualität und alles bis auf Whangapoua eingezeichnet ^^
