What is the pin adm? without it we can't program the cards so they are completly useless

The SIM card are blank and it's rewritable . we default the ADM code is 3838383838383838

What's the pin1/pin2/puk code?

Exactly the SIM card is blank . The data you can rewrite it. PIN CODE 1234

I bought this a couple weeks ago and still haven't received a link for software. How do you get in touch with the seller for the software?

There should be a small cd with the reader

Everytime i try ti read card i get an error. usim plmnwact : 6a82. how do i fix this?

6a 82 : file not found. You are either: * sending a "select file" command (long APDU) with an inexistant file name * sending a short APDU with a wrong select code This happens usually if you didn't check the card type (e.g. send a bank card command to a SIM card) or if your card is not initialized/configured (e.g. try to use crypto functions without seed or keys). Without the card type, the command and the personalization steps you did, there's no right answer.
