Grumpy Monkey

My 3 year old grandson loved this book. The story is cute, funny, and easy for little kids to follow and the illustrations really keep their attention. It is such a good book for talking about feelings in a simple way they can understand. This one has quickly become a favorite and is definitely a great addition to his collection.

This is an adorable book with great illustrations and a great story. My grandchildren loved this book. We read it several times during their visit this summer. I purchased another book by this author for Christmas.

I care for young children and this book is a huge hit. We have gone through multiple copies because little ones are hard on books and when they love a book as much as this one it gets heavy use. I have a young 2 year old who will sit and “read” this book and really gets into all the times Jim (the main character) says “I’m Not Grumpy!” I had to purchase him a copy for his birthday to have at home because it is so cute to see him reading it with such expression. The part where his friend dances with porcupine always gets a huge laugh from the kids because he gets quills in his butt (and anything to do with butts is hilarious to 2-3 year olds)

My kid loves to read this book. I am so glad I chose the hard cover one. He can use it as roughly as he wants without damaging it. This is a must book to teach your kids about days when they don’t feel too good.

It’s cute and entertaining . Gives a bit of a message it’s ok to feel down for a bit .

This book is great for little kids. I bought as part of a baby shower gift. My grands love this book.

We love this story, and this is a great board book to bridge the gap between itty bitties and small children!

I bought this book for a book drive we did at work. It's an adorable book about how it's OK to be grumpy sometimes.

Excelente livro. Ilustrações ricas bonitas e com cores lindas. Frases curtas e interessantes. Tamanho legal. Ótima compra, quero comprar outros da coleção.

Loved it

My 2.5 year old son LOVES this book and oh how relatable. He's very particular with books and besides his forever fave "good night moon", this has quickly climbed the favorite ladder. He requests this one every night. Great graphics, cute story. A huge hit around here!
