Energy Drink, Caffeine and Electrolytes, (Packaging May Vary) Orange , Recovery Orange, 16 Fl Oz (Pack of 24)

I discovered this drink by accident back in my college days and I scarcely drink any other caffeinated beverages as a result. I've tried the fruit punch and lemonade variants as well and as good as those are, I always come back to the orange. The flavor is full and smooth with nary an aftertaste and if your friend's don't notice the 10 calorie per serving (20 cal/can), they'll have no clue it's a "diet" energy drink. (This is the reason I'm a good deal thinner than my full sugar swigging colleagues!) Behold the miracles of science! The caffeine content is moderate, 160mg per can, so you can chug one down without getting the jitters so bad that you lose the ability to type recognizable commands into the terminal but it will still keep you going.

I was a little hesitant to buy this when I read the reviews since there were mentions of different taste than the normal product and dented cans. I did receive one dented can but it wasn't an issue. I also thought the taste was normal. I love these drinks. I noticed the price fluctuates greatly... I bought them much cheaper as listed now for about $1.20/can and I see it's up to about $1.50. The gas station offers 2/$3 so I'll keep an eye out but when the price is right this is a great product for bulk purchase.

I got the 24 pack shipped to my house because well it made my life easier to just have them available rather than go to the store every few days. When I opened the box, I got a full 24 sled wrapped up as seen in the picture. Then I started to look closer the art on the can is not the same or what is in the picture. As for the item itself, seems to be just a new look, everything tastes fine, no issues so far.

I drink an energy drink every morning. I love a little variety. This is a nice addition to the rotation of products.

You can't beat RockStar Orange for a quick 'energy pick-up'. I used to drink the regular version but found that I could not drink it on an empty stomach. Plus I noticed that I was rather fizzy. This is not the case with the Orange flavor version. It is not a fizzy drink, very easy on a sensitive stomach, and a great flavor too! This is now my go-to flavor of Rockstar. I also feel the Orange flavor has the edge over the lemon version too! I hope that you have found my opinion to be helpful with your decision process to purchase this item. EDIT: After a day, and after a weird discovery, I must re-review this. I actually think this is exactly like the monster equivalent, at least today I can easily say that this quite good. I am soryr if I gave any wrong impressions, maybe the first one I had had something wrong with it? None the less, its ok I will have to say, I cant blame the product for being what it is, it is what is says it is, an energy drink. They need to make it more clear that this is a NON CARBONATED DRINK, I am not a fan of those, but I recon its partly my fault. Still, they dont say it anywhere on the product, being carbonated is the rule rather than the exception, and this one being the difference, I would have expected them to make sure they said this. second of all, this is EXTREMELY SWEET. This is at least 2.5 as times as sweet as the Monster Equivalent (they have a carbonated orange energy drink, I tried this one to switch it up and give rockstar a chance, not overtly a fan). This drink almost feels like someone put too much of whatever they sweeten this up with. I recon its up to them to make it as much as they wish, but this is just too sweet for me. I will have to drink it, since I dont think you can return these type of things on amazon, but I am NOT a fan. Again, there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG with this, its a "good drink" for as much as one of these can be, its well packaged, it arrived intact and in good condition, props on the seller for this product shipping and delivery. The drink is too sweet, but that comes down to taste, so my review may not be totally accurate, and I am even unsure as to how to properly give it stars. The produc tis perfectly fine. (its kinda like, you get on a bus that says its going to a similar destination as the bus you usually take, the bus is great, its a standard bus, jsut as nice as the one you usually take, but the route goes through another route, and leaves you at a sligyhtly different place than what the other one, almost the same one said it would. It could come down to the customer, but this bus did not say it was non-carbonated, and you had to figure that out on the pictures (NOT intuitive)). again, the product is great for anyone who enjoys sweet energy drinks with lots of cafeeine, tehre is absolutly nothing wrong with the product, its the drink itself that is just too sweet. Just beware of the non carbonated and sweetness. DO NOT EXPECT A NON CARBONATED VERSION OF THE MONSTER DRINK, THIS IS ALMOST TWICE AS SWEET

This is one of my favorites! It has great flavor, the packaging is great and it's a great value for the money. I will be buying again soon.
