It was a little bit of a struggle to put on the first time but it’s super comfortable once on. I’ve only had it for 4 days but I’m already very pleased with my purchase

Am very happy to write this review, I never write any review until I find it 100% satisfaction. The This is the belt I needed i am size 12 to 14 I ordered medium size thinking it wil b perfectly tight under my dress but it was small . S I returned it back and returning was also very easy and quick which I never expected. So I gave a try for large belt. And it fits exactly how I wanted which had three adjustable lines of hooks. First I try the first hook to see if m comfortable wearing it outside 👍🏻Even didn’t feel I was wearing it . My tummy was looking flat . And then I tried the tightest hook which squeeze my abdomen and make me look gorgeous. No difficulty in sitting standing eating the rod is flexible even I can bend without feeling anything. And I even wear it at gym it make me sweat with confidence I wear it 8 hours now . It’s just one of the important gadgets in my wardrobe

It’s a good material I struggled to do it up I am normally a size 8 but got the xxs because I wanted it to work better and it has I can see some results after the first day of wearing it I were it to bed to it’s uncomfortable on the first night but then it gets easier

This is a well made product. Does what it is designed for. I have worn during my workout twice and it is comfortable. My only bit of advice is order the size as advised. I read the reviews and went for a size smaller than my actual waist as others had said ordered a L). I then had to return it and order the correct size (XL) which I can now do up on the first set of hooks, this is also fairly tight but still comfortable enough to work out in. I worked up a good sweat around my waist, which is the desired effect. Good value for money so far!

Right so I’m a 14-16 I’ve ordered a L-Xl it fits but I’m already on the last level of hooks it’s very comfortable but I’m gonna have to order a new one a M-L so it actually makes a difference to my waist because if it’s too loose you won’t notice a difference if it’s too tight it will be uncomfortable for you so I would recommend getting a L-xl if you want it snug but not too snug if you actually want to waist train I would say a M-L one the loosest set of hooks until you work yourself down to the first set of hooks that’s how you notice it’s working

The corset fits well I am a size 14 and bought the XL and can wear it on the middle row of fasteners comfortably, it is easier to wear than I expected I have full range of movement, it does get very warm when working out in it, but I suppose that's the idea. It is really well made feels good quality the hook and eye fasteners are very sturdy unlike some I have tried previously. The only draw back for me is its a little short i would have liked it a little longer to cover my hip,however I am almost 6ft so it may do for shorter women.

I like the composite of materials. I can feel the support in my lower back and it gives my waist a better define.. I am using the second hooks to start with. I have bought many lumbar supports in my life. With this waist trainer, it feels really comfortable

This is amazing,i started on the first run..I am now on the second run after 1 and a half weeks..i have never sweated so much in this corset.i know i have lost at least an inch around my waist because i put a pair of jeans on the other day that i could not get into a year ago so this defo works..i will be buying the next size down soon thanks amazon.
